I can't see the plugin

  1. Check if you have restarted Rhino.
  2. Check if your Rhino version is 8. - It does not work on Rhino 7 or lower.
  3. Try typing byRhinoGen in the command line.
  4. Check if byRhinoGen is installed in _PackageManager.
  5. If it is installed, check for updates and update to the latest version.
  6. If the problem persists, please contact support@plusplastic.com

The panel won't open

  • Right-click the panel and try selecting ‘byRhinoGen’.
  • Try toggling the panel by typing ‘byRhinoGen’ in the Prompt.

Installation issues on macOS

  • On macOS, Gatekeeper may block the plugin execution.
  • Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security.
  • Click the "Open Anyway" or "Allow Anyway" option if it appears.
  • Alternatively, try reinstalling from _PackageManager.

 Common

I can't log in

  • Check if the email and password you signed up with on the website are correct.
  • If you forgot your password, use the password reset.
  • Check if you have completed the email verification.
  • If you didn't receive the verification email, check your spam folder.

The AI is not responding

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Check your ‘Dashboard’ to see if you have a credit balance.
  • Check if a firewall or VPN is blocking the connection.
  • If you are using a corporate network, contact your IT team to allow access to the domain.
  • Try restarting the plugin or restarting the program.

An error occurs during image generation execution

  • Errors may occur in the code generated by AI. This is a normal situation, and the AI will automatically try to fix the error.
  • Check the error details in the chat and provide additional context.
  • ▷ If you want to change the result, enter a new prompt with specific descriptions like 'Change the material to a metallic feel''.
  • You can revert to the previous state with Ctrl+Z.

The response is slow

  • AI response speed depends on the complexity of the request and internet speed.
  • Simple tasks are usually completed within a few seconds.
  • Complex prompts or high-resolution image generation (upscaling, detailed texture rendering, etc.) may take more processing time.
  • If the internet connection is slow, the response may also be slow.

The result is different from what I expected

  • The AI may generate images different from your intention. In this case, providing clear and specific visual information in the prompt will increase accuracy.
  • Describe the material, lighting, and atmosphere all at once in detail. Rather than 'modern building', it is better to specifically describe the entire scene like 'a 2-story house with a rough exposed concrete texture under the warm afternoon sun'.
  • Actively use Reference images. If you attach an image of the desired style, the AI will grasp the user's design intention much more accurately.
  • Complete the final result through clear feedback such as "Make the metal parts shinier" or "Add more trees to the background".
  • Utilize the automatic prompt enhancement feature. If you use the Gemini-based prompt expansion feature after entering only core keywords, the AI will add detailed descriptions to increase the quality.

Plugin Update

  • If you search for byRhinoGen in _PackageManager, an update button will be displayed if there is an update. After updating, restart Rhino.
